Upon joining the board, Shannon shared her enthusiasm: “I am thrilled to join the Nest Board and support their incredible Executive Director, board, and volunteers. Nest is a critical partner in the health and welfare of our community. I look forward to helping drive impact, awareness, and deeper partnerships in my board role.”
Shannon brings a wealth of experience and an impressive background to our organization. She currently serves as a grant, philanthropy, and strategic communication consultant for nationwide clients and will bring this grant-writing expertise to our organization. Shannon also previously held the position of Vice President at the Unity Foundation of LaPorte County. Her experience with the Unity Foundation of LaPorte County and The Home Team of LaPorte County has given her valuable insights into our work and the needs of our community.
Shannon has expressed her eagerness and confidence in her ability to contribute to our mission: “I’m thrilled to help in whatever capacity I can. I am familiar with Harrison and his work in establishing and scaling up operations and fundraising for Nest.”
