JOIN OUR TEAM

While most of La Porte sleeps, our overnight team makes sure no one faces the night alone. We are hiring for our overnight shift at Nest La Porte. In this role, you’ll keep the shelter safe, calm, and welcoming, completing rounds, responding to guest needs, and handing off the night to the morning team. If you’re dependable, compassionate, and steady under pressure, this is work that matters in ways most jobs never will.
